Refund Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026
14-day money-back guarantee. If AI Trade Collector Pro isn't right for you, request a refund from your account within 14 days of purchase — no detailed justification required.
How to request a refund
Refunds are self-service:
- Log in and go to your profile page.
- Find the purchase under Purchase History and click Request refund.
- Optionally tell us what went wrong (this helps us improve, but isn't required), then submit.
That's it — no email back-and-forth required to start the process. You can track the status of your request (pending, refunded, or declined) right there on your profile page.
What happens next
- Your request is reviewed and, for purchases within the 14-day window, typically processed quickly.
- Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method via Stripe — it should appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank/card issuer.
- Your license is deactivated as soon as the refund is issued — paid features (unlimited cards, comps/pricing, bulk export) revert to the free tier's limits, per our EULA.
- You'll get an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date — your profile page will only offer the option for purchases still inside that window.
- One refund per purchase. We reserve the right to decline a request that appears to be part of a pattern of abuse (e.g. repeated buy-refund-repurchase cycles, or purchases made with the intent to defraud).
- The free tier has no purchase, so there's nothing to refund there — you can simply stop using it at any time.
Something else went wrong?
If you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, the checkout process failed but you were still charged, or your purchase is outside the 14-day window due to circumstances beyond your control, contact us at [email protected] — we'll sort it out on a case-by-case basis, since that's on us, not you.
