To provide card identification and market-comparison features, the Service may process images and related data you capture or submit through the desktop application — including through automated visual matching and reverse image search techniques — in order to identify your card and retrieve relevant market information. We do not retain card images any longer than necessary to provide these features. Your full-resolution images and catalog records remain stored locally on your device, as described above.
Purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-compliant payment processor. Stripe handles and stores your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive only a payment confirmation and transaction reference, which we use to activate your license and keep purchase records for support and refund purposes.
We send account-related email (verification links, password resets, purchase receipts) via our transactional email provider. We don't send marketing email unless you separately opt in, and you can unsubscribe from any non-essential email at any time.
We use a single, essential httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named in this policy (Stripe for payments, our email provider for transactional email) and where required by law.
AI Trade Collector's identification and market-comparison features analyze card images and catalog content, not your personal data. We do not use your personal information (account details, purchase history, license status, or similar) to make automated decisions about you, and we do not build profiles of you from it for that purpose. Where we detect suspicious account activity (for example, license abuse or potential fraud), any resulting action such as an account suspension involves human review rather than a decision made solely by automated means.
We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for financial record-keeping and fraud prevention. You can request deletion of your account at any time — see Your rights below.
